Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for all our cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we will work with you to resolve any issues until you are completely satisfied.

Will the contract automatically renew?
Yes, the contract will automatically renew if not canceled in accordance with the agreement.

How can either party terminate the agreement?
Either Client or Service Provider can terminate the agreement at any time during the term of the agreement by giving 90 days notice in writing by postal mail to the other party’s correspondence address.

Can the Client hire Service Provider's personnel?
No, the Client will not solicit the employment of, or employ Service Provider’s personnel, without the Service Provider’s prior written consent during and for three (3) years after the term of this Agreement.

What services does the Service Provider offer?
The Service Provider will advertise for cleaners, interview cleaners, reference, and ID check cleaners, check the eligibility of the cleaner to work legally in the UK, provide the most suitable cleaner for the job, arrange for a replacement cleaner if the usual cleaner is on holiday, poorly or if the Customer is unhappy with the cleaner, and use reasonable endeavor to provide a prompt reply service to issues or questions raised by the customer when required.

Will the Service Provider comply with the law?
Yes, the Service Provider will comply with the terms of the law at all times.

​

What is the length of the agreement?

The agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period of no less than 1 year unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing.

What are the payment terms for Pay-As-You-Go Cleaning Services?

  1. All payments must be made 48 hours prior to service delivery.

  2. Payments can be made weekly or monthly.

  3. If payment is not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the cleaning service provider may cancel scheduled services.

  4. Interest will be charged on overdue payments.

What is the cancellation policy for Pay-As-You-Go Cleaning Services?

  1. Clients must provide at least 72 hours' notice to cancel a scheduled cleaning service.

  2. If a scheduled cleaning service is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the cleaning service provider may charge the full amount for the scheduled service.


What is the service delivery process for Pay-As-You-Go Cleaning Services?

  1. The cleaning service provider will provide all necessary cleaning materials and equipment.

  2. The cleaning service provider will perform the cleaning service to the best of their ability, but will not be liable for damages or losses resulting from circumstances beyond their control.

  3. Clients are responsible for providing clear and accurate instructions and necessary access arrangements.

  4. The cleaning service provider will ensure that all services provided comply with relevant legislation.

What is the liability policy for Pay-As-You-Go Cleaning Services?

  1. The cleaning service provider has public liability insurance in place.

  2. The cleaning service provider is not liable for damages or losses resulting from circumstances beyond their control.

  3. Clients are responsible for ensuring their property is secure and safe during the cleaning service.

  4. The cleaning service provider complies with relevant legislation.

What is the termination policy for Pay-As-You-Go Cleaning Services?

  1. Either party may terminate the agreement by giving 90 days written notice.

  2. The cleaning service provider may terminate the agreement immediately if the client breaches any of these Terms and Conditions.

What is the confidentiality policy for Pay-As-You-Go Cleaning Services?
The cleaning service provider will not disclose any confidential information without the client's prior written consent.


What is the governing law for Cleaning Services?
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
